Here the following is the solution:

Step 1: Export User to CSV intranet

Step 2: CSV downloads from Export and open with Notepad will see the date format is YYYY-MM-DD intranet

Step 3: If you open it in Excel, it will change to M/D/YYYY, which convert to the format which is not accepted by the system. intranet

Step 4: To change the date format: back to the system supported version, and set the field properties  Custom  YYYY/M/D intranet

Step 5: The format will change as below, then you import this file back to system will be fine. intranet
